Grafton Ferry
​
The ferry will decrease travel time between St. Charles County to Grafton, IL by approximately 30 mintues. Passengers will be allowed to exit their vehicles during the trip across the river to better enjoy the great river view.

Cars and small trucks: One-way: $9, Round-trip: $17
Dual trucks over 1 ton: $10; Tandem: $11; Semi: $14

Trailers: One-way $1 per axle

Ferry landing locations: The IL ferry landing is one block south of the Main Street (Hwy 100) and Market Street (Rt. 3) intersection. The last ferry crossing to Missouri is 15 minutes before closing (don't miss the boat).
​
To help handle the large volume of
cars and trucks waiting for the ferry
on the Illinois side, we've added
additional lanes to allow more cars
to enter the waiting area so they
don't block traffic on the street.
When entering the Illinois ferry
landing area please follow the red
arrows in the diagram.

The MO ferry landing is reached by taking MO Route 94 from St. Charles or from US Route 67 to the Grafton Ferry Road.
